Neon Stack Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Neon Stack ("the App", "we") handles information when you use our mobile game.

01 Information We Collect

Neon Stack itself does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information. Your game progress — score, coins, level, unlocked items, settings — is stored locally on your device only.

02 Advertising

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and use data such as your advertising ID, device information, IP address, and general location, and may use this data to show you more relevant ads. This processing is governed by Google's Partner Sites Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

Where required by law — for example in the EEA and UK — we ask for your consent to personalized advertising via a consent form before any ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the App's Settings screen.

03 Children's Privacy

Neon Stack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the App is configured for a child-directed audience on a specific store, ads are served in a non-personalized, child-appropriate mode in accordance with applicable law (e.g. COPPA).

04 Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data collected by our advertising partners (Google AdMob and its mediation partners) is handled under their own respective privacy policies, linked above.
